An armed attack on a Turkish army sub-unit occurred today in Şırnak Province. In a gunfight lasting 1.5 hours several soldiers were injured. After the shooting ended, two helicopters were sent to survey the area. An anti-terrorist operation is now being carried out, TRT reports.
According to the source, terrorists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party bombed the oil pipeline. As a result, the oil pipeline belonging to the company "Botash" has been blown up in the villages of Udil and Mardin-Midyat in Şırnak Province.
