Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev wishes Happy New Year to Jewish community

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the Jewish community
on their national holiday - the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah.


"I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the New Year
celebration of the Jewish people - Rosh Hashanah, I wish you all the
best. Our Jewish citizens are an integral part of the multi-ethnic and
multi-religious society of Azerbaijan and have lived for centuries in
the country in an atmosphere of peace, friendly and fraternal
relations, maintaining their language and culture, customs and
traditions and actively participating in the political life of
Azerbaijan," the message of the Azerbaijani president reads.
