Activists protest against torture in Tbilisi

A group of activists gathered in Tbilisi in order to protest against torture reportedly used in a local prison, News-Georgia reports.

Several hundred young people gathered on Vazha Pshavela Avenue and then marched to the Interior Ministry building.

The ministry announced on Tuesday that it learned about torture in Gldanskaya prison.
