Azerbaijani Parliament appealed to the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of the law on mandatory medical insurance, the chairman of the Committee on Social Policy Hadi Rajabli said on Friday. In his words, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Health Care have to conduct respective work for the implementation of the law, Trend reports.
The implementation of the law on mandatory medical insurance requires establishment of special agency and its sponsorship by the state.
The draft laws are on reproductive health and in social field. Changes to the Family codex and the laws on healthcare and protection of the rights of children who have lost parents or are deprived of parental care will be made as well.
