About 300 residents of the Baksansky region of Kabarino-Balkaria who were dissatisfied with quality of a road blocked the federal highway Kavkaz on late Monday; but two hours late they broke up after the police explanations, RIA Novosti cites the Interior Ministry of Kabardino-Balkaria.
The source in the law-enforcement agencies of the republic stated that the citizens of the village of Dugulubgei expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the road on the cross-road of Baksanov and Kokov Streets. They think that it leads to traffic accidents.
