Yaroslav Nilov presented the project of the settlement at the session of the State Duma. The speaker of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin stated that the Chamber’s administration decided to give word to the head of the committee on social unities and religious organizations, as the project was proposed by all Duma fractions which mean coincidence of views.
Yaroslav Nilov stated that 2012 demonstrated a series of insulting and outrageous events, including the situation with Pussy Riot, terrorist attacks in Tatarstan and Dagestan, actions on cutting down crosses.
