Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has ordered investigation of shooting during a wedding in Moscow to be concluded, ITAR-TASS reports.
The mayor demanded all hooligans to be punished.
The police stopped a wedding convoy on the crossing of the Mokhovaya and Tverskaya Streets at the center of Moscow on October 30. Some people invited to the wedding were shooting in the air. About 15 people were detained.
The man responsible for random fire was punished with 15 days of arrest this week. Another man got 5 days of arrest.
