The Ahmad Kadyrov Foundation will help 3500 Chechen pilgrims to go to Mecca, Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov told Muslim spiritual leaders on Wednesday.
"We made such a suggestion and the head of the foundation, Aymani Kadyrova, backed our initiative," Ramzan Kadyrov said.
