The police of Ingushetia detained Khasan Esmurziyev, born in 1981, from Nazran. He threatened to activate a bomb during detention and tried to escape, Interfax reports.
Esmurziyev was surrounded in a house. The police shot both of his hands when he tried to activate his belt with explosives. He carried the belt with explosives equivalent to about 1 kg of TNT and another bomb equivalent to 50 grams of TNT.
