However, representatives of volunteer organizations state that it is far before the end of the work. They will continue their work even after the cancellation of the emergency situation regime. On October 10th water flooded about 320 houses in Derbent due to heavy rains. 7 people died; more than 1 thousand people, including 280 children, were in the flood zone.
