An earthquake measuring 3 on the Richter scale took place 17 km south-east of the Ismayilli region of Azerbaijan on Thursday at 14:15 Baku time, the Republican Seismological Service Center of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) told Trend.
The earthquake was not felt.
