Medvedev: It's time to study Russian

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev took part at the Assembly of the "Russian World".
He proposed to the Russian-spear young people living abroad to work  at the international sport events like the Universiada in Kazan, Olympics in Sochi and the FIFA World Cup.
Medvedev said that Russian Diaspora should work with young people. According to him, goverment will improve activity of the Russian cultural centers.
