Official: Most Azerbaijani migrants know Russian language and have no problems

Most Azerbaijani migrants in Russia do not have problems as they know the Russian language, deputy chairperson of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, co-chairperson of the Azerbaijan-Russia inter-parliamentary commission Svetlana Orlova says in Baku today.
 According to her, migrants should pass exams in the Russian language, Russian history and the basics of the Russian legislation.
