The Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder of the Initiative for International Dialogue for Environmental Protection - IDEA, Leyla Aliyeva, has met today with the regional director of the UN Environmental Programme (UNEP), Jan Dusik.
The meeting took place within "Green Week", implemented in cooperation with IDEA and UNEP.
The importance of the project was stressed at the meeting. The issues of further developing mutual relations of cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNEP and joint implementation of many programs and projects on environmental protection were discussed.
