An unidentified gunman opened fire at a truck of DOSAAF (Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet) near a turn to Uchkent in the Kumtorkalinsky District of Dagestan, killing a 55-year-old and a 61-year-old officers, on November 24, RIA Novosti reports.
