A cable was damaged during excavations in Gelendzhik in Krasnodar Territory, leading to
the disconnection of the 1st and 2nd transformers at the 110 kV
Gelendzhik electricity sub-station .
"There was a partial outage in the Central and Primorsky districts of
Gelendzhik. As of 15:30, 2000 people have been left without electricity,"
the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
