Dagestani State University offers certification program in Russian for foreigners

Dagestan has launched a program on teaching Russian as a foreign language. At the end of the program, students will pass an exam on getting an appropriate certificate.

Testing and certification is organized by the Dagestani State University.

All in all, the Federal Migration Service for Dagestan has granted citizenship to 456 foreigners and people without citizenship since the beginning of 2012, RIA-Dagestan reports.
