A local from the Dugulubgey Village in Kabardino-Balkaria crashed into a car of a senior police lieutenant this morning. No one was injured in the car accident, but the officer shot at a nearby local born in 1995.
The wounded teenager was hospitalized. The police are investigating the case. He may be fired and his supervisors punished if the officer is proven guilty.
