The UN decided on July 1st to add the capitals of Russia and Azerbaijan, Moscow and Baku, to the list of category ‘A’ level services and accommodation, 1news.az reports, citing the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The category system ranges from ‘E’ to ‘A’. The UN has international delegations to determine the category.
Besides Baku, category ‘A’ was given to Ankara, Istanbul and Moscow. Tehran and Yerevan received category ‘B’ . Ashkhabad and Tbilisi received category ‘D’ . Kabul, Peshawar, Harare and Mogadishu received the lowest category, ‘E’.
