The Council of Russian Muftis believes that the mosque planned to be built at the Entuziastov Avenue in Moscow has good chances to be constructed because its early prayers will not bother the local residents, RIA Novosti reports.
The land lot provided for mosque construction in Mitino was changed due to local protests. The land lot at the Entuziastov Avenue, 28, was registered for mosque construction in 2003.
Mosques are planned to be built at Lyublino (south-eastern administrative district of Moscow), Butovo (south-western) and near the Shosse Entuziastov Subway Station (eastern).
