Constantine Meladze, a notable composer and producer, author of many famous songs and brother of Balery Meladze, founder of the VIA Gra Band, killed a 30-year-old female by car on the Kiev-Obukhov Highway this morning.
Meladze arrived at a police station and admitted guilt. He was sober. A criminal case was initiated with up to 8 years of prison for the suspect.
