Dmitry Dyomushkin, leader of the Russkiye Movement, said that authorities of the North Caucasus republics and local elites were inviting nationalists to take part in developing the behaviour code, Interfax reports.
The Chechen Ministry for National Policy is forming a working commission to compose the code. Dyomushkin agreed to join it.
