Magas, the capital of Ingushetia, plans to train 100 hafizes (Quran experts). A hafiz school construction will be financed by an anonymous Moscow businessman at the17th microdistrict, RIA Novosti reports.
It will be a 3-storey building on two hectares of land. Children aged under 10 will attend the school for 3 years. They will be allowed to continue studies at the Islamic institute in the Ordzhonikidzevskaya Village.
Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov said that the education center will house rooms for sleeping, studies, guests, a canteen, library, sports hall and a football field.
