Armenians living abroad will be able to receive consulate notes by mail on February 10.
David Sarkisyan, head of the governmental office, noted that all Armenian citizens will get such services.
The government of Armenia received complaints from compatriots abroad, stating that receiving notes from consulates in large countries such as Russia or the US was complicated and required personal presence sometimes.
The new service will simplify the process.
