Giorgi Sibashvili, former Deputy Governor of Kakheti, has been arrested for stealing state finances.
The deputy governor was making contracts signed by his relatives and close friends to restore roads and houses of people hit by natural disasters. The official stole hundreds of thousands of dollars.
