A Turkish soldier opened fire on an army post in Turkey’s Siirt province, killing three others before unsuccessfully attempting to commit suicide

The unidentified soldier entered the Pervari village post around 3:30 p.m. and opened fire on army officials there. Three soldiers were killed before he turned the gun on himself in a failed suicide attempt. He was critically wounded when forces took him to the military hospital in Siirt.
