Russian and Georgian experts discussed the future of the region in the framework of the Russian-Georgian Journalism School.
The session was chaired by the head of the Political Situation Centre, Sergey Mikheyev.
"The situation is complicated. It is effected by the coming presidential elections in Armenia and Azerbaijan, political processes unfolding in Georgia and the Iranian crisis," Sergey Mikheyev said.
The head of the Caucasian Women's Network, Nina Tsikhistavi, stressed the issue concerning human rights in the region. "Our relations should not be based on wine and mineral water. We should pay special attention to human rights in the framework of bilateral cooperation," she said.
