An old woman (born in 1961) was found dead after a fire on the 6th floor of a 9-storey building in Belaya Kalitva (Rostov Region) at 10.20 pm. An old man (1957) and three children (2012, 2008, 2003) died at the hospital after the fire, RIA Novosti cites a spokeswoman of the emergency agents Marina Abramchenko.
