Chechnya continues installation of alarm systems to warn the population in cases of emergencies, the Chechen government reports.
The commission for emergency situations headed by Chechen Vice Premier Idris Cherkhigov held a session in Grozny. Mukhtar Ortsuyev, deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Chechnya, made a report about residential areas with high risk of disasters.
