Bayir Agabayev, leader of the Khivskaya militant group, Kurban Guseinov, an assistant of the southern sector of Timur Mirzekhanov, a killer of the group, have been identified as the two of the five militants killed in a special operation organized in the Derbentsky and Tabasaransky Districts of Dagestan.
Mirzekhanov is responsible for numerous murders, including deaths of heads of Lyakhal and Kushtil in 2012, director of a middle school of Sovetskoye in the Magaramkentsky District, a female in Kushtil (killed for refusing to pay tribute to militants).
