Iran and Azerbaijan are investigating the shooting started by Azerbaijani border guards, IRIB cites press secretary of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Ramin Mehmanparast.
Azerbaijani border guards wounded two Iranian fishers on River Araks on February 5.
