A police officer shot three assailants near the Timur Café on his way home in Makhachkala, RIA Novosti reports.
The police officer heard fight at the cafe and entered to restore order. The hooligans attempted to take his gun and were shot. According to the officer, he made a warning shot that did not stop the assailants.
