The 43-year-old Dagestani police captain of the Sovetsky District who had killed three people at the Timur Café in the Akushinsky Avenue in Makhachkala at about 10.00 pm has been detained, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the officer, there was a brawl at the café and the three people tried to take his weapon. He shot them. They were aged 51, 56, 57.
