Kidnapping of a businessman in Moscow Region and murder of Dagestani sheikh Sayid Chirkeysky have become a single case, Kommersant reports.
The Basmanny Court of Moscow ordered arrests of Shikhmirza Labazanov, Magomedali Amirkhanov and Magomed Gajiyev. They are suspected of terrorism, murder, illegal storage and production of explosives and weapons and peperty damage.
Arrests of Shamil and Mukhalov Sidirbekovs suspected of kidnapping and violence were extended.
Investigators say that the give were part of Ibragim Gajidadayev’s criminal gang of Gimry in the Untsukulsky District of Dagestan, specialized in racketeering.
Labazanov, Amirkhanov and Gajiyev had been detained by the FSB in late 2012 for murder of sheikh Sayid Chirkeysky.
