Ruslan Dakhkilgov, acting head of the directorate of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service of Russia in Ingushetia, has been attacked by unidentified assailants this morning. He was hospitalized in grave condition, ITAR-TASS reports.
The official was shot at the directorate at 9.05 am. His 20-year old son, driver and two bodyguards were shot. One of them died.
