Dagestani authorities apologize for five hooligans

 

Dagestani acting Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov has apologized to all residents of Astrakhan for acts of hooliganism by five young people from Dagestan, Interfax reports.

Abdulatipov commented on the incident during celebrations of the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland at the military base of the 136th motorized infantry brigade in Dagestan’s Buynaksk.

The five hooligans put out the Eternal Firce at the Soldier’s Tomb of the Red Army on the night of February 23. A criminal case was initiated for vandalism against anti-fascism fighters. The five young people were drunk when the police detained them.
