Fake female Cossack chieftain detained in Russia

 

The police have detained Tatyana Kolyubinskaya, a racketeer pretending to be a Colonel-General of medical service, leader of the female Cossack movement and Hero of the Socialist Labour, RIA Novosti reports.

Using her contacts at the Presidential Administration and executive offices, the demanded money from people in exchange for appointing them to high-ranking positions.

She demanded $100,000 to appoint a man as head of the office of inter-district inspection N50 of the Federal Tax Service in Moscow. She was detained at a Moscow restaurant receiving 1.5 million rubles.
