Stanislav Dmitriyenko, Stepan Zagoruyko and Livshits (died in 2005) will be jailed for murdering Takhir Kazavatov, head of the board of directors of Mayak.
The three hired Alexander Shiyanov and Alexander Alibekov to kill the businessman in Makhachkala in February 2000 for $80,000. The murder organizers wanted to take over 27,000 shares of the businessman.
Alibekov gave himself up in November 2012. Shiyanov and Livshits died in 2005.
