The Verkhny Lars Checkpoint on the border of Russia and Georgia has switched to springtime regime and be open four hours a day, the FSB directorate of border guards of North Ossetia reports.
According to an agreement signed during the meeting of Georgian and Russian experts in Yerevan and Kazbegi (Georgia), attended by officials of Switzerland, the springtime regime was set for 6.00 am – 10.00 pm.
The checkpoint operated at 7.00 am – 7.00 pm during winter.
