Islam Shakhtamarov, born in 1971, one of the attackers of Ruslan Dakhkilgov, head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare of Ingushetia, has died in the Central Republican Hospital of Nazran, Yuga cites Timur Bokov, an assistant of the secretary of the Ingush Security Council.
Healthcare Minister of Ingushetia Beslan Matiyev said that the assailant had injuries and damaged organs.
Dakhkilgov, his driver and son were attacked on the morning of February 25. His son rammed the attackers’ car.
