Moscow police, assisted by SOBR special police forces, detained 22 criminals from the North Caucasian Federal District in the Sirenevy Avenue in the eastern part of Moscow on March 2, RIA Novosti reports.
They suspects were aged 18-29 and carried traumatic weapons and knives. They are being checked.
