Vladimir Khugayev, head of the economic department of the Vladikavkaz Mayor’s Office, said that 12 cultural sites of the city had electronic identification mechanisms installed, as initiated by head of administration Sergey Dzantiyev, Interfax reports.
People may use QR codes to get full information about the sites. The systems will make the city more attractive for tourists, as the cultural capital, as promoted last year.
The city will have free Wi-Fi launched on April 1, available at 8.00 am – 10.00 pm at 10 Mb/sec.
