A businessman of the Stavropol Territory, founder and owner of the Plemennoy Zavod of Hero of the Socialist Labour A.A. Kalyagin and Stavkholding is suspected of stealing over 250 million rubles, the Russian Interior Ministry reports.
The businessman made disadvantageous deals with firms under his control in 2006-2011, resulting in bankruptcy. Property and 31,000 hectares of land were taken under control of his firms.
