Azay Guliyev, head of the Azerbaijani Council for NGO Support and an MP, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Deputy Secretary of the Russian Public Chamber Mikhail Ostrovsky, Trend reports.
Guliyev thanked the Public Chamber for stimulating dialogue between Azerbaijani and Armenian communities.
The document will boost cooperation efforts of Azerbaijan and Russia, dialogue and collaboration of their institutions.
