Trilateral forum on non-governmental organizations held in Baku

The Azerbaijani capital, Baku, has hosted a trilateral forum of Turkish, Russian and Azerbaijani non-governmental organizations.

Issues of cooperation in the sphere of formation of a civil society have been discussed at the forum.

The Russian delegation was headed by Sergey Markov, the director of the Russian Institute of Political Reasearch, the Turkish delegation by Ismail Safi. The Azerbaijani party was represented by Azay Guliyev, the chair of the International Cooperation Centre.
