Murderer of Sergey Osminin, a chieftain of the Mingrelskaya Cossack Village in the Krasnodar Territory on March 8, has been charged and may get a life sentence, RIA Novosti reports.
The man visited his room-mate on March 8. The room-mate was absent and called the police after being informed about the visit. The assailant threatened to kill her son with an Izh-27.
Osmin arrived with police officers but was shot in the head.
