The bad weather, raging in Dagestan, left without electricity over 4500 people, said Russian Emergency Ministry.
"At 16.30 MSK the adverse weather events in six locations in four districts of Daghestan with a population of 4.672 thousand resulted in a power failure," reads the statement, according to RIA Novosti.
Emergency repair work to be completed by 20.00 MSK.
