Those affected by a fire in the town of Mizurov in North Ossetia will
receive compensation from the republic's authorities. Each family will
receive 25 thousand rubles, and each person will receive another 10
thousand, the press service of the head of North Ossetia says.
During the forest fire on Saturday three private houses, one two-storey
eight-apartment wooden house and six outbuildings were burnt down. People
managed to escape thanks to timely security measures. "In total we
have 11 families affected by the fire, and 31 people," a
spokesman said, RIA Novosti reports.
According to him, the people affected by the fire should be housed in
the next day or two. "This is a temporary measure, the issue will be
resolved either through the construction of new houses for the
victims, or providing them with housing certificates," he added.
