The law enforcers imposed the counter-terrorism operation regime at Semender on the outskirts of Makhachkala at about 6.00 am today, RIA Novosti reports.
They are searching for militants in one of the buildings. According to a police source, one of the buildings occupied by militants will be assaulted.
