Ingush authorities are planning to build "budget" apartment buildings to rent them to people in the country, the press service of the head of the republic said, RIA-Novosti reports.
The initiative belongs to Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, the head of Ingushetia. He said that people who do not have enough money to buy property might benefit greatly from the project.
